how do i keep my daisies from taking over my garden?
Our perennial daisy plants are not invasive, so unfortunately we do not have experience with this....the only thing you can try is pulling the shoots of the plants you do not want as soon as they appear, then in spring laying down some type of weed barrier covered by soil.
Can you root the cut off bits?
You can always try!

Invasive?
It will grow wider with age, but it will not send runners that then produce new plants. We hope this helps.
how come mine wilts after a day?
You want to wait until fall to try to dry hydrangeas, then there will be less moisture in the plant stems. This way of drying definitely works, so do give it a try in fall.
What about mosquitoes?
That is not an issue since the dirt covers the water reservoir.
Do you have problems with Japanese beetles eating them?
When is the best time to divide hibiscus plant?
This type of hibiscus is not easy to divide, the leaves appear in spring on the short stems after last year's planned has been trimmed back. Not sure that hard, bark-like root would divide successfully. Sorry we do not have a better answer!
I’ve learned a lot from you on Supertunias here in TN zone 7.
Yarrow looks great and is easy to grow, but it smells pretty bad and for some reason it attracts a huge amount of flies in my garden
Thanks for great video on supertunias. I keep mine trimmed back the whole time they're in the pot it keeps them so nice and full all season long. Definitely fertilize them! And deadhead! 😍

I wish I had a garden center!!!!
I bought 2 bobo hydrangeas, so the tag said. They got huge! Stalks almost 5 feet tall! Even after I pruned them in early spring. Blooms are so heavy after it rains they fall over to the ground. I thought they were going to be shorter. My blooms started out light green then turned white

hypothetically... lets say you planted lavender and then just let it go for a couple years and now you have huge, overgrown, woody plants that are laying over. What would you do with them? They still bloom beautifully but they are out of control. Pull them out and start over, or can they be salvaged and controlled?

Can you make homemade fertilizer for Vermillionare ?
That is an annual plant that doesn't really need much fertilizer, but it is hard to comment homemade fertilizer without knowing the 'recipe' for it. 🙂

Not yet, those plants need more time to put on additional growth.
I bought these a couple of years ago after watching it here but these are turning green in summer and quite leggy. Not the look I had imagined. I am in Dallas,Texas area and it does get crazy hot here so i wonder if it's just the heat or am i doing something wrong with the plant care.

Mine looks terrible this year. I planted it last autumn, and it's looking worse than when it was in the container. Im zone 9 so its not like it got frosty
